Surya Oil & Agro Industries is a firm promoted by Mr. Sanket D. Zalaria, Mr. Narrotam R. Patel and Mr. Jateen D. Adroja.The company is performing the business of refining of edible oil and trading in edible oils.
Our unit is Located at Wankaner, District of RAJKOT in the Gujarat Province of INDIA. We are Advantageously Located at India's best cotton growing belt, i.e. the Saurashtra region in Gujarat, which is also the largest producing area of Cotton in INDIA.
We have the most integrated continuous productions lines in our plant (i.e. Edible Oil Refinery). The Refinery plant is from Chempro Technovation Private Limited, Ahmedabad with the capacity of 100 MT per day of edible oil. The best refining process i.e. the chemical refining process is performed in the unit. This process is performed, keeping in mind the health of customers. In chemical refining, there are three main process involved viz. Degumming & Neutralizing, Bleaching & deodorizing for removal of various impurities from the raw oil. However, due to more and more awareness about various health aspects, like harmful effects of various natural impurities of raw oils, such as free fatty acid (FFA), the cause for the cholesterol increase, plant pigments, phosphatides etc. consumers prefer refined vegetable oils against simple filtered oils.
The present operations of the Company may be broadly categorized under following heads:

The Company, for its trading operations, sources from domestic / international market various vegetable oils in either crude or refined form and sells them either directly or through brokers.
Purchases are made at competitive rates and procured either directly or through brokers. As regards raw materials the Company buys Washed Cottonseed Oil & Corn Oil locally. These are sold in the domestic market after Refining or through direct trading. Purchases are made at competitive rates.
